The wedding venue, Emerald Ridge Farm, is located in Weaverville, about 20 min from downtown Asheville.Roundtrip transportation will be provided for all guests.The Flat Iron Hotel and Cambria Hotel are conveniently located next to each other. Shuttles to the Venue:Buses will depart from The Flat Iron Hotel (20 Battery Park Ave) at:• 3:45 PM• 3:55 PM• 4:05 PM Return Shuttles:Buses will depart from the wedding reception at:• 9:45 PM → The Flat Iron Hotel• 10:30 PM → Barley’s Taproom• 10:45 PM → Barley’s Taproom Please note: If you plan to return to The Flat Iron Hotel, be sure to take the 9:45 PM shuttle.Barley’s Taproom (42 Biltmore Ave) is where we’ll continue the celebration after the reception - Please join us if you’d like to keep the party going!

Our wedding venue, Emerald Ridge Farm, is located in Weaverville about 20 minutes from Downtown Asheville. Please see the hotels listed on this page to book within our room blocks. We recommend reserving early, as blocks may fill quickly and the discounted wedding booking rates will expire. Transportation will be provided for all wedding guests to Emerald Ridge Farm and back Downtown Asheville after the reception. Please refer to the Transportation option in the menu for exact pickup times, locations and details.

Bring on the formal mountain flair! From bolo ties to bow ties and bright colors or hats (it is Kentucky Derby Day, after all!) expressive styles are welcome. Think elegant with a mountain touch. Guests are encouraged to wear formal attire suited for an outdoor setting. Choose comfortable, sturdy footwear (block heels, wedges, or boots) for walking on grass on farm. Feel free to embrace a “mountain chic” or "rustic elegant" style with soft fabrics, natural textures, and subtle rustic details. Not sure about the hat?
